Engineering works and life-supporting infrastructure works at the object were complicated by a shortage of utility network facilities. In this connection, it was difficult to select the optimal equipment to be compatible with all other components of the system. After pre-design analysis had completed, the optimization-oriented investigation and negotiations with the main supplies were effected.

Then, final design works were performed on the basis of the results received.
